High temperature vulcanization transfer (HTV transfer):

Water transfer & Cold transfer:
Opposite the HTC transfer process-- transfer pattern first before the vulcanization can also achieve the same effect, there are two ways:
1, water transfer
Printing pattern and colors in a cellophane to be a transfer foils until after completely dry, apply some solvent on rubber, the transfer foils will be printed decals stick to the rubber, and then rubbed some water in cellophane, cellophane peel right off;
2, cold transfer
Paper printed using the PP release agent, on dry before printing inks, coated with a solvent in the rubber, then The PP paper pasted, and then peeled off the paper to PP.
